Formerly the Rectory for North Collingham, Parish Church, The church canons resided here with their families for many years. ​

Copper Beeches was converted to its current use as a Care Home in 1986. It initially opened with 14 beds and was subsequently extended to its present capacity of 20 beds in 1977 and 1999.

Our Philosophy of Care

To ensure that the dignity of each resident is maintained at all times by staff and other residents

To stimulate and maintain physical and mental activities provided by staff by setting realistic targets. Encouraging residents to partake in group or one-to one activities, and participate in the decision making

To enhance quality of life by providing a safe, secure, comfortable and supportive environment

To promote independence as much as possible. Encouraging residents to care for themselves where they are willing and able, and to regularly update care plans to take account of this

To maintain each resident's right to be consulted in any proposed changes to daily living arrangements and to encourage their participation in making suggestions and decision making
