Mission Statement
It is our underlying principle to treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves, with respect, dignity and kindness. We manage our home to create a pleasant environment where people are happy to live and where staff feel motivated and valued. We extend our philosophy of caring into all aspects of our life by demonstrating respect for other people, all life and the environment.
Values
- To treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves
- To enable people to achieve the highest quality of life by employing dedicated and qualified staff
- Recognising and purchasing cruelty free products, e.g. free range
- Embracing environmental and health and safety best practice
- To secure our future to be constantly improving and striving to be the best
End of Life Philosophy
We have given true and deep consideration to the meaning of coming to the end of one's life, both as individuals and as a team. We aim to provide end of life care in a warm and passionate manner which demonstrates professionalism, giving support, respect, (love), kindness and finally prioritising the pass-over in a spiritually contented, as peaceful a time for all of those involved in that person's end of life.
