'Home from Home' cooking

All of our food is delivered fresh three times a week from Sainsburys.  Fresh fruit and vegetables are offered daily and meals are cooked and cakes baked by one of our two qualified (or qualifying) cooks.  The food is simply delicious!  We receive countless compliments on how good the food looks and smells.

We believe in the fundamentals of good quality food that is fresh, delicious and nutritious – the basis of good health.  Our principles of caring are underlined by our use of only free range eggs and chickens.

The menu is created by and for the people living at Copper Beeches – they tell us what they want included.  The menu changes weekly as well as seasonally.

Food safety is a priority and our standards are extremely high.  This was demonstrated in our last unannounced food inspection by the Environment Department putting Copper Beeches in the top level for any food serving premise in Plymouth.
