Apartment Accommodation at Copper Beeches!

We are delighted to announce the launch of our first self contained, ground floor apartment, the Garden Suite, at Copper Beeches. We have invested in the region of £10,000 fully modernising and decorating this lovely apartment which includes a wonderful kitchenette, living room with French doors to a private, decked patio area and a spacious and light bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower wet room.

The Garden Suite apartment enjoys its own internal front door and French doors to a sundeck and the garden area.  It also benefits from under floor heating, wireless call bell (for assistance), t.v aerial points to living room and bedroom, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle with extractor and worktop lighting.  The bedroom is light and spacious with gorgeous co-ordinating soft furnishings.  The en-suite enjoys under floor heating with wet room shower, toilet and basin.   Use of the home’s ‘spa bathroom’ is included in the weekly fee.

The apartment can be provided furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished if you prefer to bring along your own personal furnishings.

The weekly fee for our apartments will be £795 (based on single occupancy) which includes meals (prepared in our kitchen), refreshments, all utility services (electricity, gas, water, council tax), laundry, house-keeping, most musical entertainment and 24 hour personal care and support (please see our Statement of Purpose for full details).

This the first of our apartments has already been snapped up but we are planning more apartments in the future as we realise there is a demand for this type of accommodation.  You may have an elderly relative who resides a distance away from you and although they are able to live independently now, you or they might appreciate living closer.  If you would like to find out more then please contact us or see our accommodation page for more choices of accommodation available.
